SHORT FAIRY TALE
КОРОТКАЯ СКАЗКА

THE 15TH OF JANUARY,
THE YEAR 2021

Once upon a time in the country that was rich in timber, gold, gas and oil there lived a swindler who happened to be the ruler by pure chance. He may have never come into throne if the previous king had not been a heavy drinker and gravely ill. So the newly installed ruler made it quite clear that he intended to run the country for eternity and the people began to call him Koschei the Irremovable. For 25 years he ruled the country and had never done any good to the people. On the contrary, Koschei the Irremovable made them work hard till their death and paid them pittance. Such evil could have really lasted for ever but for Alex the Honest who was determined to overthrow the senescent crazy charlatan who was hiding in his bunker by then. The moment Koschei had Alex flung into jail, the people took to the streets by the million and rescued their new king. Then they seized Koschei the Irremovable and made mincemeat out of the hateful rogue. And everyone in the country lived happily ever after.
