Как думаете, что произошло дальше?... Я уволился с работы. Стал искать новых иностранных заказчиков, которые оценят мои творческие умения и мой
беглый английский. Не прошло и месяца, как они нашли меня сами. Спустя год совместной работы, они поняли, что я хорошо с ними лажу и с легкостью
решаю все задачи, благодаря приличному навыку разговорного английского. И мне вскоре предложили переезд в США с оплачиваемым жильем и постояной
высокой зарплатой. Я был на седьмом небе! Рискнул, уехал и не пожалел. Удача ведь любит смелых, правда?

thanks to my decent command of the English language.
= due to my splendid command of English.
I was shortly offered to move to the USA
= Soon they offered me to go to America
with subsidized accommodation and a steady highly-paid salary.
= with a paid dwelling and a nice steady salary.
I was jumping over the moon.
= I felt on top of the world.
I took a chance, went abroad and never regretted it.
= I chanced it, went overseas and wasn't sorry (for a moment).
Luck loves those bold, doesn't it?
= The brave always get fortunate, don't they?
